Chapter 7: Anchors Aweigh
Summary: Already on tenuous ground with each other, Sam and Lilu arrive at Anchorpoint. But two yearning hearts can’t meet when one is running from the other despite mutual longing. Lilu is fearless except for matters of the heart. And Sam is beginning to lose his patience. But they still have a galaxy to save, and the Terran Armada isn’t waiting for them to meet in the middle. Heartache waits at their new destination.

Chapter 6: Supernova
Summary: With their grav drive disabled after leaving the Opulence of the Stars, Lilu, Sam, and crew must go hunting for the Terran ship jamming their systems. Lilu is hard pressed in combat to the point she inadvertently exposes the power of being Starborn. The resulting reactions and misunderstandings threaten to tear apart an already fragile alliance, with two yearning hearts standing to lose most of all, possibly taking the rest of the galaxy down with them.

Chapter 5: Indicator Crimes
Summary: Having found the hijacked Opulence of the Stars, Sam and Lilu get their first sight of the attackers from the Terran Armada… and begin to glean clues as to why they grabbed that ship in particular. While on board, they gain yet another new member to their party, who holds part of why the Terrans wanted access to the ship. Meanwhile, Sam tries to get closer to Lilu and feels the barrier slipping; but can he make progress without causing a regression? And speaking of regression, the Terrans have a trick up their sleeve that could put everyone onboard the Tiddytwister II in grave peril.
